We know at times it can be difficulty to hire a Tradesmen, sometimes they don’t turn up, give brief handwritten estimates or once works are underway they may frequently leave site for various reasons.

We understand you need reliable tradesmen who you can trust in your home, hence our Service Commitment to you:

  1. We keep our diary commitments and will always contact you if something unexpected delays us.
  2. We give written quotations (usually the same or next day) detailing the works to be undertaken along with the costs and an approximate time required to undertake the work.
  3. We treat your home as if was ours; Boots off to visit, Walkway and Dust / Drop sheets whilst working along with a Clean and Tidy up at the end of the day.
  4. We are polite, friendly and will always offer help and assistance where we can.
  5. We value your Business and understand you have made a conscious decision to choose us.

Professionally, we are Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) Accredited and also members of the Federation of Small Businesses.
